Question about XMPP support?

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to ask if it would be possible to add XMPP support to this awesome collection of services?

I noticed that XMPP is actually on the wishlist, which got me wondering - how hard would it be to add? The reason I'm asking is because I found there's already a solid Ansible playbook for XMPP /based on ejabberd/ available over at KDE's GitLab Repository, which is very well documented.

It seems like it might be a good starting point! But I'm curious about what the process would look like to integrate it here.

What do you all think? Would this be something feasible to consider?

I also would like to see an XMPP server implemented; though I've tried once, the lack of my knowledge about retrieving a TLS certificate automatically with Traefik persuaded me to refer to another person to implement one :D

I personally use a Python script to extract the certificates from Traefik's acme.json file, after which I have a daily cron job that copies the renewed certificate(s) to the necessary folder(s), and then restarts/reloads the service(s). I've just uploaded it here in case anyone is interested.

I am also interested in seeing this playbook gaining an xmpp server. I would also be looking to pair it with a matrix bridge, some discussion here: spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy#252.
