Having difficulty in setting up on Ubuntu 22.04

Dependencies like go, libpcap and linux-headers are already present on the system.

hey mate. that looks like a CGO problem. enable CGO (using CGO_ENABLED=1 env variable) and see if that helps. the Dockerfile has all the option I've used to build the binary as well. There are also exact commands of building a binary using Alpine Linux in GitHub actions that you can use as well.
