Greeksubs provider problem

Describe the bug
firstly i download e.g. supernatural s01 from the same release group (720.macro).
Now If i download the subs e.g.supernatural s01e01 720p macro manualy from greeksubs through bazarr is out of sync althought is from the same realese group but if i go and download it through the actual greeksubs site it works as it should
p.s, i haveswitched off all sync settings.THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT WORK

Are you sure you're downloading exactly the same subtitles?
Can you compare the ones that are out of sync with the ones that are in sync and see what the differences are?

it seems that it is 2 available subtitles but althought i manualy download the second from bazarr (720p macro ) it downloads the first(xvid lol) i check it.

and those are the original files opened when i download it from greeksubs through chrome

this also happened on other episodes and series eg the 100 s01e01 instead of dl 1080p web-dl kings it dl the xvid afg

@ananias47 Which TV show is this exactly?

What do your episode filenames look like?

When you do a Bazarr search, what scores do you see? Can you take a screenshot of that and post it?

The only thing that could alter the subtitles timing is subtitles sync or subzero offset mods. The downloading itself wont mess the timing.

This should be fixed in upcoming beta. Please test and confirm.
