PS Touchpad bind not working on PS Plus Launcher

Hi there everyone!

I wonder if anyone can help me and knows how to properly bind the ps Touchpad button to the steam deck to work with PS4 games in ps plus? I've downloaded the chiaki template through the community template pad but it doesn't work, and binding the right track pad to left mouse click doesn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated.

@PapaBilbus not sure... this may have to do with the controller layout unfortunately maybe someone with more Playstation knowledge than myself can help somehow

@PapaBilbus it won’t work because the app doesn’t support it. The chiaki-ng mapping works because the app supports it. Specifically, chiaki-ng allows you to map the touchpad for a game directly using the controller mapper (if not using Steam input with the controller) or use the t key or right click for touchpad which you can bind in Steam input. You won’t get touchpad swipes or gyro either using the Steam deck controller with the ps plus app.
