Need help canceling URLDECODE of the displayed text

Hello,

I use moonmoon for aggregating Hebrew blogs.

I see that somewhere in the code, the Hebrew is url encoded.

As you will be able to see when viewing the source of the result, this multiplies the text by a factor of 7. Each Hebrew character is encoded into 7 characters.

I need to cancel the encoding.

I tried to "dig" the code and find where the encoding happens but I am not sure about it.

Can someone please point me to the file so I can change it?
