There is a TODO in codec/pdfcodec/pdfcodec_ccitt_coverage_test.mbt to add broader Group 4 coverage once larger/complex vectors are stable.
Goal
- Add additional blackbox roundtrip vectors that hit more CCITT G4 modes/branches without being flaky.
Acceptance
- New tests increase coverage and are stable in CI.
