Description:
The Module makes use of the "Sitecore.EmailCampaign.Cd.Services.MarketingPreferencesService", this Service is configured by Sitecore to be only loaded on a "Standalone or ContentDelivery" role. If the instance is configured to "ContentManagement" only the Module will throw a "NullReferenceException".

Reopened because a better solution have to be found for that issue.
