A formal definition of the decisions made to include/exclude specific sources and prefixes in PHENIO would be helpful for:

Determining which filters have been included and where
Avoiding redundant effort downstream
Troubleshooting missing or extraneous axiomatic relationships in the ontology and relations in KG-Phenio
