Using a brand new emulator on Android Studio, the system applications do not apprear on the whitelisted apps RecyclerView

Environment

  • Android Studio Electric Eel | 2022.1.1 Patch 2
  • Emulator: Pixel 4 API 31
  • Android 12 Google Play | arm64

Expected Reasons

  • Android version
  • Permissions [required in newer Andriod versions]
  • Permissions are not accessible anymore
  • Using Emulator
