Customizable Dashboard: Widgets ignore default widths

Summary

If a Dashboard is flagged as customizable, then the Widgets displayed on it completely ignore the default sizes. They all revert to half width.

Step to reproduce

1. Add a new widget to the default Dashboard that's set as full width, like the MODX buttons.
2. Make sure it's set to full width and the Dashboard is set to editable.
3. Make it first in the widgets order.

Observed behavior

It's half width, pushing over the feeds.

Expected behavior

Narrow/full width above all other widgets
