New MCP Revision and Call for Contributions

There's a new revision of the MCP specification "2025-03-26". This latest update introduces several significant features and changes:

• Replaced the previous HTTP+SSE transport with Streamable HTTP transport
• Auth framework
• Tool annotations
• JSON-RPC batching
• Audio modality
