RISCV64 architecture and the LLB client

Hi!

Sorry for my ignorance, but since the riscv64 architecture appears to be supported by BuildKit, I was wondering why there is no entry for it in the client/llb/state.go file.

Is there a particular reason for this?

Simply because riscv64 wasn't popular in the past, and nobody has bothered to submit a PR to support riscv64 yet.
