Handle birthdays on leap years correctly

This bug is a regression since v1.2.4.

Since events now originate from the original birth year and repeat annually after, events on 29 Feb on a leap year won't be seen in calendar applications during non-leap years.

Ideas to fix this:

• Use ICS tricks to make the event repeat on the last day of every February annually only for leap year users
