BYPASSING SSL pinning by fake hashes

Problem Description

mitm proxy isn't supported for global networks just like android, ios etc example youtube and google services,
Not only it but also on windows PIP(python) install commands won;t work too.

Proposal

Mitm proxy makes own CA , i want it to make ca with same hashes for ssl pinning bypass, by this it will work on all network

like certificate for yt is created with hashes of youtube's ca, and similaryly other apps

I have experienced this with pip/python installation and other types of similar scenarios. Have you created any proof of concept either to test whether it will work as expected or to generate these certs to load into mitmproxy?
