test_handle_connection_init_timeout_handler_executed_graphql_transport_ws test sometimes fails with given error:

RuntimeError: Cannot call "send" once a close message has been sent.

This looks like a race condition in test, but its worth double-check to verify if there's no error in connection handling logic in websocket handlers.
