When running MindsDB via Docker, the following is the first log message that is displayed,
This log message has always appeared when running the Docker container, however, this particular step seems to take much longer than it usually did. I can confirm that on a decent internet connection, it takes over 10 minutes at times.
It is not entirely clear if this nltk operation is even required.

The nltk data is a requirement for type_infer but it shouldn't be needed in the default mindsdb image(without Lightwood). We need to further investigate why this is still used
