I made a man page for gallery-dl.

It's in markdown format because it's easier to write, but just download it and run pandoc --standalone -t man gallery-dl.md -o gallery-dl.1 (install pandoc if you don't have it) to convert it to man page format. Run man -l gallery-dl.1 to see it. If you notice any errors in it, please let me know.
