Fatal error in launcher

Recently I relocated my python installations because I'm starting to have several versions at the same time on my machine. Then, when I started up gallery-dl, I got the following message (personal data changed):

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C:\Program Files\Python39\python.exe" "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python39\Scripts\gallery-dl.exe" -K https://www.instagram.com/some-user/': The system cannot find the file specified.

The 3.9 python.exe is not at the location as indicated in the message, but I can't seem to find the setting that tells gallery-dl where to look for python. All python installations are specified in PATH, and gallery-dl.exe is also at the location mentioned in the message.

I installed gallery-dl via pip.

How do I change where gallery-dl looks for python.exe?

Nevermind, I solved it by forcing a re-install.

python -m pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall gallery-dl
