How to improve transfer speed #210

I have one large file e.g. 1 GB. When transferring files using storeFile method, the speed is at least two times slower or worse (depending from which machine I am transferring) than mounting and using cp or rsync command. Is it possible to somehow improve the transfer speed in pysmb?
