When i open "Key Mappings", "Untitled-1" is opened instead

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.89.0
• OS Version: Ubuntu 23.10

Steps to Reproduce:

Open "Key Mappings" or "Key Mappings (JSON)" opens a file "Untitled-1" instead of the Keymappings json or the keybindings UI.

I got this behavior after installing the platformio.org plugin (But i'm not sure whether it is related).

But even after disabling and uninstalling the plugin, i'm unable to open the key mappings.
I've even deleted ~/.vscode and ~/.config/Code but without any change.

What could be the reason for the keymappings not to work? (Note: Opening other settings e.g. defaultsettings.json works without problems)

NOT keyboard mappings, which's a different thing
