SQL scripts doesn't work property when using GIT repo

• MSSQL Extension Version: 1.31.0
• VSCode Version: 1.93.3
• OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

1. file.sql in a repo with a sql statement
2. open the file and execute one sql script
3. in some occations the sql script don't return data and shows this error:
   mssql: A query is already running for this editor session. Please cancel this query or wait for its completion.
