[zh-Hants] Improve zh-tw translation #1763

In Line 3263 ariaCompositeToolbarLabel should translate to {0}的動作
{0} is panel's name, not a number, I believe this is an translate error. (See picture below)

"ariaCompositeToolbarLabel": "{0} 個動作",

In Line 3721 closeRight might translate to 關閉右側
Means close right, not close to right. This change can make it read better.

"closeRight": "關到右側",

Please fix these, thanks~
