[feature-request]: Add an option to disable suggestion from cmake-tools extension when typing in cmake file

Could you add an option in the cmake-tools extension to disable completion suggestions from the cmake-tools extension? The current cmake-tools extension provides a poor code completion experience for CMake, as it does not offer context-aware suggestions. The cmake-tools extension adds many irrelevant suggestions to the completion list, significantly degrading the user experience when using other CMake language support extensions(eg. 'CMake IntelliSence').
