Description in the marketplace recommends Azure IoT Tools

Update the extension description, right now it says:

This extension is now a part of Azure IoT Tools extension pack. We highly recommend installing Azure IoT Tools to get full capabilities for Azure IoT development

But the Azure IoT Tools extension pack has been discontinued.

Could someone clarify please...

But that extension pack says "The 'Azure IoT Tools' collection is being retired after November 2022" (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-azure-iot-tools) before going on to say "and contains three extension packages that can still be downloaded individually:

i.e. a circular deprecation!!
