Azure IoT Hub Visual Studio Code Extension Version 2.17.1: No IoT Hub reload possible #567

Hello,

since the newest Update 2.17.1 i cannot reload the IoT Hub devices with the "Refresh" button. Downgrading to 2.17.0 fixed the problem for me.
