[Spector tests] versioning tests should use other general types as an example

Versioning->Added
Versioning->Removed
Versioning->RenamedFrom

Currently, `typespec-go` emitter doesn't support union, but those three tests used union type as an example which causes go emitter cannot cover those tests. It's better to use other general types to test those scenarios.
