[Bug]: Not using Chrome For Testing #38333

Steps to reproduce
Install Playwright 1.57.0
Run "npx playwright install"
Expected behavior
Installs Chrome-For-Testing
Actual behavior
Installs Chromium
Additional context
The release notes say that Chromium has been replaced with Chrome-For-Testing, but running npx playwright install still installs Chromium and not Chrome-For-Testing.
