xcode cloud fails to resolve download.onnxruntime.ai during pod install

Our xcode cloud builds have started failing within the last month because curl fails to resolve download.onnxruntime.ai when trying to install onnxruntime-c.

Installing onnxruntime-c (1.24.3)
