Guest cannot format documents

Describe what happened:
I'm a guest in a liveshare session, editing an HTML file, and I can't use prettier (or any other formatting extension) to format my documents

(this doesn't happen when using vs code without liveshare)

I'm unaware if this happens when you're the host

What was your system configuration?
*[VSCode]: 1.96.4 (Universal)
OS Version[macOS]: 15.2 (24C101) (but it happens in my windows laptop too)
Live Share Extension Version: 1.0.5948
Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: html

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1. Join a LiveShare session
2. Open an html file
3. try formatting it with your preferred formatting extension
4. See error
