Not getting benefits due change of github username

Hello I am having an issue I recently applied to the developer package student I was approved yesterday and when I go into my code space to try out the GitHub copilot at the top of my code space is showing my old username, I change the username due not being approved I thought that might help some way at the right side of the screen is telling me to start my free trial or sign in with another account that has copilot, Like I mentioned before I have already being approved if you guys can explain how can I update my code space do display the right username and maybe in that way the system would recognize that I am already approved and have the benefits ?
