Can I use my existing knowledge graph?

Hello, I have ontology graph data related to the medical domain.

If I match the format of the knowledge graph generated by GraphRAG, would it be possible to use my existing graph instead of having the GraphRAG algorithm generate a new one?

Got the same problem. I made parquet files from my knowledge graph that graphrag needs, but at the end found out that graphrag index needs some files like "lancedb" that should be created from the beginning of parquet files creation from text using graphrag index. I tried to comment the parts that I don't need, as I already made parquet files in "_get_workflow_list" function in graphrag/index/workflows/factory.py script, but it didn't work. Did you manage to find out how to do it?
