We still use the markdown preview for various things like parts of the trace. We should completely stop using that. It's the markdowndocumentprovider.ts file.

Is the action item here to rewrite markdowndocumentprovider.ts as a React component in the web folder?

I was thinking opening the new web view with additional info inthe url to select a view/trace part etc...
