The docs state Redis is required for Metrics to work. Will omitting it cause any other issues besides missing metrics? @lucen-ms

When I setup Redis locally in a Ubuntu Instance and gave the Host(127.0.0.1) and Port(6379) the server starts returns 504 errors when I use CLI.

One caveat is that the /health endoint returns a HTTP 500, as it checks the Redis connection. This could probably be easily fixed, though.
