Ability to selectively blank attached display monitors.

Scenario when this would be used?

When multiple display monitors are attached to a Windows PC, it is often useful to blank one or more monitors from the keyboard without turning them off with the power switch.

Supporting information

Helps in lowering carbon emissions and room temperature.
