OS Version: 24H2 (OS Build 26100.1)

Edge dev Browser version: 125.0.2506.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
Screen reader: Narrator.
Repro Steps:
Actual Result:
There is no mechanism for the user to pause, stop, or hide the auto moving content.
Expected Result:
For all the moving, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information there should be a mechanism for the users to pause, stop, or hide the auto moving content.
User Experience:
If the user cannot pause, stop, or hide the content that moves automatically, it will affect users who have sensory Sensitive or Cognitive Disabilities. They will feel confused and annoyed when they browse the page.
