In OS 10.11, it is not allowed anymore to install user programs in /usr, apart from /usr/local.

Suggest that default install location for epm should be /usr/local/ instead of /usr.

Reasonable suggestion. In the meantime just use the --prefix option when you run ./configure...

The default prefix is now the usual /usr/local (Issue #45)
