The Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures ("CLP regulation") includes hazard statements and precautionary statements. These are the H and P statements of the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), extended by a few EUH statements.
Extracted H and P statements in JSON files can be found at clp.
Enhanced statements in JSON files can be found at clp-enhanced. This includes placehoder-formatted statements.
The format should be self-explanatory.
These files are also served via GitHub pages, e.g. https://mhchem.github.io/hpstatements/clp/hpstatements-en-latest.json. URLs are listed in the files themselves.
