Mailjet Track and Click not working

Mailjet tracks and clicks has stoped working. I changed web host still did not work. I also tried testing my webhook url by sending a test even from mailjet at https://app.mailjet.com/account/triggers, i got

OK, Code 200

 I also checked the website logs and i saw the line below there.

Can someone out me. through on what else i can try
