Set up automated Morph/Fix functions reference

Like #10, but for Morph/Fix functions, based on FunctionFactory.java

With generated Input-Morph-Output examples and grouping by function type like in literalFunctions.md. Function types for grouping like transforming/filtering/lookup may be implemented based the function superclasses like AbstractFilter and AbstractLookup.
