Curve Stable Swap NG pools not showing up on messari.io

update schema and add these pools

Additional context

Curve Stable Swap NG is the new standard for all stable swap pool on curve and is deployed to all active supported chains.

Messari misses all the data from this pools, a good example is paypal-usd, where only data from the old, legacy pool is shown
