t-deck does not show incoming range test

Describe the bug
When the t-deck has range test enabled, it does not receive the messages on it's own screen.
When booted into programming mode, and connected to via bluetooth, those messages can be seen in the channel via the app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a private primary channel on both tdeck and another node
2. Enable range test on a node to send out seq # messages.
3. Enable range test on t-deck so it can recieve seq 3 messages
4. Note messages not coming in on t-deck
5. Reboot to programming mode, pair with bluetooth, see messages coming in on the BT app
6. Reboot to normal mode, messages still not coming in
7. Send messages back and forward on shared primary channel, they work both ways.
