🐞 [Bug]: Cant forget Bluetooth device

What did you do?

I had recently updated my node to 2.7.15 from 2.7.11 using the erase and flash method in the Web Flasher. When trying to use the meshtastic IOS app on my Mac, it shows I had a previous connect to my node (EAO1). When trying to reconnnect to it it told me I needed to forget the connection. When visited Settings -> Bluetooth it doesn't show any device that I can select to "forget".

Expected Behavior

Able to forget a previous bluetooth device.

Current Behavior

Either the instructions are wrong on the Connect page, or the Settings -> Bluetooth page isn't correct.
