Proposing Vagrant

Improvements

  • Everyone using same dependencies (PyPi packages, Postgres, RabbitMQ etc.)
  • Working local settings.py that can be shared by everyone
  • Initial data
  • One line project set up: vagrant up and you're ready to play with the site
