Hi,
I am trying to run GEMINI on the test data included in the repo, but it appears that am having an issue executing the gemini.out file. I have changed the permissions, as recommended by the README. Can you update to include a Makefile and the code to compile gemini.out ourselves, so that it can be installed successfully on different platforms? Thanks so much -- looking forward to giving this a go!

Spoke with the authors -- this can be fixed by recompiling with gcc recseg_hieclus.c -lm -o gemini.out
