The side bar does not function correctly on Linux

There are problems with the side bar on the left:

1. No gradient on the background, as shown in the readme. It is completely black.
2. When the window is being resized, its background shows strange stuff.
3. No buttons there work (e.g. Add Project button).
4. After adding a project via the main "Add Project" button, it will not be shown on the side bar.
5. Cannot resize the window by dragging the border near it. Other places work.
6. No three icons for closing, minimizing or resizing the app (see No button to close, minimize or resize at top #1).

Steps to Reproduce

Nothing. Open the application only.

Environment

OS: Fedora 32 (Workstation)
Kernel: Linux 5.7.8
