When I wanted to add an empty layer and clicked on the add/edit polygons, it seemed to glitch into instead dragging the map and occasionally displaying an unknown error occured message. I subsequently saved the snapshot file and reloaded the tab but when I imported the file back in, it displayed the message Importing error: ArcCollection#initXYData() Counting error and "no data" were loaded, therefore rendering the file effectively useless.

That's not quite enough information for me to reproduce the error, but I'll keep my eye out for this. Thanks for filing an issue.

If you still have the corrupted snapshot file, can you send it to me? I can probably at least fix the import error you encountered.

Thanks for providing the file! I published an update (v0.6.92) that lets you re-import snapshots with this kind of data issue. As soon I can reproduce the original error, I'll work on fixing that too.

PS. If github doesn't let you upload a file because of an unrecognized file type, I think you can just zip it and attach the .zip file.
