rds object size

is there a size limit for the rds object? I uploaded an object with 50k cells and it says "upload complete". However, the analysis modules do not yield drop down menu options of the object's meta data, no plots are displayed in the window, and I'm getting a reoccurring warning of "Groups with fewer than two data points have been dropped." Thanks
