Let me know if the error returned by parkour needs some more work. Right now, I think the most meaningful error would be if/ when the flowcell ID is not found (ftr, https://github.com/maxplanck-ie/parkour2/blob/develop/backend/flowcell/views.py#L365 ).

Currently, NPR hits this error because of the flowcell re-usage, trying with different URLs... right? Then, trying different flowcell IDs could be avoided with an API call that gets the flowcell IDs (incl. failed sequencing experiments) for a given project ID. We do have that, /api/requests/xyz/get_flowcell/... ok, this is just an idea. Not sure how it would be best to tackle the whole thing.
