This theme is designed only for platform clients of Telegram. No web version in plans currently. I simply don't have that much time to support everything 😢.

Web version however has a built-in customizable dark theme, and it looks nice as for me. You can also try using the Dark Reader extension for your web browser, more info here: #8 (comment)
