Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
All spawned holograms are gone after restarting the server

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a config or database option for saving holograms and loading them on server startup.
There should be an additional optional argument in the HologramManager#spawn method for making holograms persistant and spawning them on server startup.
